Our material strategy and stock specifications. The single-material strategy is a deliberate constraint that makes AI-CAM automation tractable.

Single-Material Strategy¶

Anvil standardizes on 6061-T651 aluminum. One material eliminates material mix-up risk, lets the AI-CAM engine work from one set of feeds, speeds, and tool-life parameters, and keeps stock management simple. 6061-T651 covers the vast majority of prototype and low-volume production needs for robotics, aerospace, industrial hardware, and similar customers.
