Where the technical effort is headed — the major workstreams and the order we're tackling them. Keep this at the altitude of themes and sequencing, not sprint-level tasks (those live in Linear).

Scaffold — fill in with current direction

Frame milestones in relative terms ("next", "after AutoCAM hits target automation rate") rather than hard dates, so this stays accurate for longer.
